All costs payable only in US dollars by check or money order. New Jersey residents must add 6% sales tax.
Calendars:
S&H = $3.60 US first class; $4.40 Canadian first class and international surface mail; $8.00 international air mail (to most countries; please inquire first). For domestic and Canadian multiple orders, add only $1.00 per additional calendar in the same shipment. Free shipping on domestic orders of ten (10) or more calendars
Individual images:
S&H = Same as calendar postage in increments of 15 images (i.e., each 15 images [or part thereof] = 1 calendar).
Mounted prints:
S&H = $4.00 for first print US first class, $1.00 each additional; $5.50 for first print Canadian first class, $1.00 each additional.
Framed prints:
S&H = $6.00 for first print US first class, $2.00 each additional; $8.00 for first print Canadian first class, $2.00 each additional. Foreign orders for matted or framed images please send e-mail query for shipping costs to your country.
Note cards:
$3.00 per set of 12 cards US (to a maximum of $5.00 regardless of quantity); $4.00 per set Canadian. Please send e-mail query for international rates to your country..
